Who is acting for the buyer?

Whether you are a first-time buyer, a home mover or a seasoned investor, purchasing a property can be a daunting experience.

Upon joining the PIPS family you will be introduced to your experienced and dedicated consultant who will manage your purchase and ‘hold your hand’ from start to finish. 

They become the first point of call for everyone involved in your purchase, including your solicitor and the seller’s estate agent who you are buying through. 

That way there will be no missed calls during the day while you are at work, or at the gym, or having lunch, or attending a family occasion. 

PIPS take on the burden of the day-to-day management of your purchase and report back to you, when it suits YOU, even if it is outside of working hours. 

PIPS offer a complete property purchase solution, recognising that buyers value professional guidance before, during, and after their purchase.

Ancillary Services

Solicitors

When purchasing or mortgaging a property, you will require a solicitor to act on your behalf. The lender will also require this. We can put you in touch with a company if you do not already have one.

Accountants

If you have purchased an investment property, you will need to submit yearly self-assessments. This is also required for all self-employed people. There may also be taxes due when selling a property. We can put you in touch with a qualified and experienced accountant for this additional tax planning advice.
